rescaled has been founded as spin-off of servinga, a managed service and cloud hosting provider from Germany.
Our mission
When rescaled was founded, the enterprise software landscape started to shift towards a cloud-first approach. Software for service providers primarily relied on solutions that were developed and operated from non-EU countries. Over the early 2020s, digital sovereignty became a major concern, especially in the European Union.
servinga started to develop in-house solutions because no fitting solution existed for standard use cases like e.g. support ticket management or distributed monitoring. With the spin-off of servinga, rescaled was not only able to shift focus to a wider range of use cases but also to address a more diverse range of customers.
Today, rescaled is fully focused on developing and operating software for service providers that can be hosted on-premise or in a sovereign EU-based cloud. Located in the heart of Frankfurt am Main, rescaled continues to be committed to delivering the best possible software for IT professionals available.
